Fluororesin is an excellent insulating material with physical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and high lubricity, as well as various electrical characteristics. ■ ETFE (-100℃ to 150℃) ■ FEP (-253℃ to 200℃) ■ PFA (-195℃ to 260℃) ■ PTFE (-253℃ to 260℃) Please use it for the outlet lines of devices in harsh environments, such as around blast furnaces or where acidic substances and toner may adhere. "Tanafluon F" is a fluoropolymer electric wire that uses fluorinated ethylene propylene resin (FEP) as an insulator. It has the smallest dielectric loss tangent among solid insulating materials, low dielectric constant, and the highest volume and surface resistivity, all of which remain stable over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures, and it also possesses a high level of insulation resistance. The continuous use temperature is 200°C, and it does not crack or become brittle due to thermal aging.
